No unit or individual shall engage in the following acts:

In accordance with Article 17 of the “Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations” of the Ministry of Public Security
If any of the following circumstances occur. Without affecting the safety and identification of license plates, motor vehicle owners can make the modifications themselves:
(1) Install front and rear anti-collision devices on small and micro-vehicles;
( 2) Cargo motor vehicles are equipped with windshields, water tanks, tool boxes, spare tire racks, etc. ;
(3) Motor vehicles are equipped with interior decorations, etc.
