Lufeng is located on the shore of Jieshi Bay, southeast of Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, bordering Luhe County and Puning City to the north and Haifeng County and City from Shanwei; in the west, bordering the South China Sea in the south, it is an important part of the Hailufeng revolutionary base. The total area is 1,687.7 square kilometers, the population is 1.6708 million, and the jurisdiction spans 20 cities.
