The 45MW wind power concession pilot project of Gansu Baiyin Pingchuan Jiancaitang Wind Farm is one of the second batches of wind power concession tender pilot projects under 50 000 kWin Gansu Province organized by the Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. power project invested and built by SDIC Huajing Company in Baiyin City after Jingyuan Second Power Generation Company, Daxia Hydropower Station of Gansu Three Gorges Small Company and Wujinxia Hydropower Station. The wind farm is located in Jiancaitang Village, Wangjiashan Town, Pingchuan District, Baiyin City. It has an installed capacity of 45 MW and installs 30 wind turbine units with a single capacity of 1,500 kW. It is equipped with a 110 kV step-up substation. connected to the Gansu power grid with a voltage of 110 kV. The total investment is estimated at 436 million yuan. It is planned that the first batch of units will be commissioned in October 2008 and all units will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2008. On October 18, the first wind unit will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2008.The 45MW Jiancaitang Wind Farm Project of SDIC Baiyin Wind Power Co., Ltd. has been successfully connected to the network.

2. Beidaqiao Dongfeng Farm

The 49.5 MW Gansu Guazhou Beidaqiao Dongfang Project is located in Jiuquan, Gansu Province. Gobi Desert, about 10 km northeast of Guazhou County, it is jointly invested and constructed by SDIC Huajing Electric Power Holding Co., Ltd. and Gansu Huineng New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., with investment ratios of 65% and 35%. The project has an installed capacity of 49.5 MW, installs 33 wind turbines with a single capacity of 1,500 kW and constructs a new 110 kV step-up substation to transmit power to the substation's 110 kV system from Guazhou. The estimated dynamic total investment is 499 million yuan.

3. Beidaqiao Second Wind Farm

It is designed to install 134 wind turbines with a single capacity of 1,500 kW, with a total installed capacity of 201 MW, an annual grid-connected power of 447.89 million kWh and an annual usage time of 2,228 hours .

A 330 kV Beidaqiao East step-up substation will be built in the second and third Beidaqiao wind farms. The generated wind energy will be collected in the substation to increase the voltage to 330 kV, then sent to the 750 kV substation in Guazhou.
