Antifreeze is not engine oil.
The full name of antifreeze is antifreeze coolant. It plays three roles: it prevents freezing when the vehicle won't start, because the antifreeze is in the cylinder, and the liquid expands when it becomes solid, so it will freeze and crack the cylinder. Another function is to cool the engine after starting the vehicle. Prevent the engine temperature from being too high, which could cause engine damage. Antifreeze also plays a role in rust management and prevents excess scale from clogging pipes.
Antifreeze is generally replaced every 2 years and every 6 W kilometers.
Failing to replace the antifreeze for a long time will cause the quality of the antifreeze to change, reduce its inherent anti-rust quality, and cause damage to the radiator, pipelines, etc. This will also affect the boiling point and freezing point settingstion, will affect the antifreeze effect or cooling effect and damage the engine. Don't wait until the antifreeze turns black to replace it. Darkening of the antifreeze indicates that the antifreeze has deteriorated significantly. Limescale is also formed in large quantities. The pipeline was damaged. Therefore, you can use a freezing point meter to check the freezing point value of antifreeze every time you perform maintenance. If the freezing point value is too high, it means that the antifreeze has deteriorated and needs to be replaced.
1. First check the tightness of the connections related to the carburetor to ensure that the carburetor inhales normally and that there is no air leak or blockage of air inhalation
2. screw in the carburetor mixture ratio screw clockwise all the way, then turn it 1.5 turns counterclockwiseours.
3. Start the engine and allow it to warm up for 10 minutes to allow the engine to reach its normal operating temperature.
4. Adjust the carburetor idle speed adjustment screw so that the engine speed is lowest and the engine does not stall.
5. Repeatedly adjust the carburetor mixture ratio screw left and right to achieve the highest engine speed. During this process, some friends will find that after the mixture ratio screw is adjusted to a certain position, and then the mixture ratio screw is turned counterclockwise, the idle speed will not change not. At this time, the mixing ratio screw can be held at. the moment when the idle speed has just been set to maximum.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 several times to idle the engine.
7.
Quickly turn the accelerator handletor, refuel vigorously, then release the accelerator. During this process, observe whether the engine accelerates and decelerates smoothly. If so, the setting is made. If the process is not smooth, repeat steps 4 through 6 until the engine accelerates and decelerates smoothly.
8. When the engine is idling, it should be maintained for 5 minutes without stalling. After adjusting the idle speed, some vehicles may have a very low idle speed. be slightly increased and maintained at approximately 1000-1500 rpm/minutes, because the idle speed is too low, the engine may stall when driving at high speed when the accelerator is released at idle. The reason is that the air pressure at idle level. Air inlet decreases at high speed, which affects the fuel supply to the carburetor idle hole.
9. During the idle speed adjustment process, if there is an explosion inthe exhaust pipe when refueling 9, the mixture is usually too rich. You can turn the carburetor mixture ratio screw counterclockwise. If you are refueling urgently. , If there is a flameout or misfire, the mixture is usually too thin. You can turn the carburetor mixture ratio screw clockwise. After the carburetor is adjusted, you can test drive about 1.5 kilometers. After the test drive is complete, remove the spark plug and observe the color of the ceramic under the center electrode of the spark plug. If it is brick red, that's normal. If it is white, the mixture is uneven, if it becomes black, the mixture is too rich.
