Examples of turbine models:
1. HL220-LJ-250, which means Francis turbine with impeller model of 220, vertical shaft, metal volute and impeller diameter of 220. 250 cm.
2.ZZ560-LH-500 refers to an axial flow blade turbine with an impeller model of 560, a vertical shaft, a concrete volute and an impeller diameter of 500 cm.
3.GD600-WP-300 refers to a cross flow fixed vane turbine with an impeller model of 600, horizontal shaft, bulb type water bypass and impeller diameter of 300 cm.
4.2CJ20-W-120/2×10 means a bucket type turbine with an impeller pattern of 20. There are two impellers on one shaft. The horizontal shaft and wheel diameter are 120 cm. Each runner has 2 nozzles and the jet diameter is 10 cm.
The power transmission method of the generator is as follows:
The weight of the rotating part (generator rotor, exciter rotor, turbine wheel) - thrust head - thrust bearing - stator shell —— Machine base; weight of fixed part (thrust bearing, upper frame, generator stator, exciter stator) - stator shell - machine base. ?
1. Ordinary umbrella type. There are upper and lower guide bearings.
The power transmission method of the generator is: the weight of the rotating part of the unit - the thrust head and thrust bearing - the lower frame - the machine base. The upper frame only supports the upper guide bearing and exciter stator.
2. Semi-umbrella type. There is an upper guide bearing but no lower guide bearing. Generators typically have their top frame buried beneath the generator floor.
3. Full umbrella type. There is no upper guide bearing, but there is a lower guide bearing. The weight ofe rotating part of the unit is transmitted to the upper cover of the turbine through the thrust support structure, and then to the seat ring of the turbine through the upper cover.
