Particular attention should be paid to the operation of the dual internal water-cooled generator:
(1) The outlet water temperature of the static and rotating coils should be strictly monitored. The maximum temperature is usually 65°C. ℃-75℃. The increase in outlet water temperature is caused by either insufficient water supply or water leakage or abnormal internal heating.
(2) It should be noted that the static and rotor water pressures are within the specified range, because the pressure is closely related to the water flow and coil temperature. The rotor bar cooling water cannot be interrupted, and the water interruption can only work for 30 seconds. If the water interruption protection is activated, the protection action will trip the main oil switch and the generator MK switch if the power is turned on. protectionOn against water cuts is not activated, the generator must be disconnected immediately.
(3) Always check the end of the peephole for water leakage, cracked or flattened insulated water line, loose parts, local overheating, condensation, etc.
(4) Strengthen the temperature monitoring of each part and determine whether the stator wire rod is loose.
A generator whose stator and rotor are both water cooled is called a dual internal water cooled generator. The iron core of the double water-cooled generator is air-cooled under the action of fans at both ends of the rotor, the air enters the air gap from the ends of the stator winding, and then accumulates in the hot air zone. through the ventilation slots of the stator core. After passing through the air cooler, after cooling, the air ducts on both sides enterenter the negative pressure zone of the fan, forming air path circulation.
