What are the reasons for generator shaking
1 . The rubber on the generator feet is old or loose.

4. When the generator starts cold, insufficient gasoline combustion will cause the engine to shudder. This is a normal phenomenon and will improve once the car warms up.
Jitter will inevitably occur when the generator is operating. Under normal circumstances, the vibration of the generator should be smooth and steady. If you obviously feel the engine vibrations increasing or persisting, you need to pay attention to maintenance.
It is initially determined that a certain cylinder of the diesel generator engine is not working properly. Therefore, start with the simplest aspect: remove the valve cover, check the valve clearances, run the engine to check the serviceability of the mechanismvalve and rocker arm timing, and no abnormality is detected. Through the single cylinder oil cut-off test, you will find out which cylinder is not working properly.
The engine's high-pressure oil pump has only one piston, so as long as there is a working cylinder, there is no need to check the oil pump high pressure. Check injection oil pressure and. inspecting the atomization of the cylinder injector and finding that the oil pressure is between 180 kPa and 190 kPa, this proves that the oil supply in the oil circuit is normal.
When checking the cylinder pressure of the diesel generator, it was found that the cylinder pressure in question was low, around 140 kPa. It was initially concluded that the problem cylinder valve may not have been tightly closed. the cylinder head was disassembled and inspected, and the valve was working.
