Maintenance is required after approximately 80 hours of first use or one year after leaving the factory.
Perform technical maintenance in a timely manner based on specific circumstances. For the diesel engine to operate normally and reliably, the diesel engine technical maintenance system must be implemented to eliminate the harmful effects of the machine as soon as possible. Whenever possible, ensure the unit is in good condition and extend the life of the machine.
The backup generator should start the diesel unit regularly and run it for about 30 minutes to evaporate the water in the diesel engine to avoid moisture and corrosion. Maintenance of diesel generators is generally based on accumulated operating hours.
The classification of generators includes:
Generators: DC generatorsu and alternators
AC generators: synchronous generator and asynchronous generator (rarely used);
Alternator can also be divided into single-phase generator and three-phase generator.
There are many types of generators. In principle, they are divided into synchronous generators, asynchronous generators, single-phase generators and three-phase generators. In terms of generation method, they are divided into steam turbine generators, hydraulic generators, diesel generators, gasoline generators, etc. In terms of energy, it is divided into thermal generators, hydraulic generators, etc.
