Hydraulic and wind power are renewable energy sources.
Renewable energy
1. Solar energy: Directly from solar radiation. The main purpose is to provide heat and electrical energy.
2. Bioenergy: Green plants convert solar energy into chemical energy through photosynthesis, which is stored in the body, can flow in one direction along the food chain, and is finally converted to heat energy and lost. Biogas is obtained by combustion and anaerobic fermentation to obtain energy.
3. Wind Energy: Energy is provided by solar radiation. Due to uneven cold and heat, differences in atmospheric pressure occur, leading to horizontal movement of air - the formation of wind. Energy is mainly obtained from wind turbines.
4. Water energy: energyis provided by solar radiation, creating a water cycle. Warm, moist ocean air rises when heated, and solar energy is converted to potential energy when precipitation forms. In high mountains, water flows downward. Potential energy is converted into kinetic energy, which is the energy of water. Energy is obtained mainly through hydroelectric generators.
5. Ocean Energy: The energy contained in the movements of sea water, including tides, waves, ocean currents, etc. is also inexhaustible. Tidal energy comes primarily from the gravity of celestial bodies such as the moon and sun, while the energy of ocean waves and currents is primarily affected by wind. It mainly produces electricity using the kinetic energy of the tides.
6. Geothermal energy: comes from the decay of radioactive elements in the iinterior of the earth. Can be used for geothermal power generation and heating.
7. Hydrogen Energy: Obtain energy through combustion or fuel cells.
8. Nuclear Power: Obtaining energy from nuclear power plants.

Characteristics of renewable energies:
Under the specific spatio-temporal conditions of nature at this stage, renewable natural resources can continue to regenerate, multiply and grow, maintain or increase their reserves and rely on sources to regenerate.
Once the source of the species disappears, the resource can no longer be regenerated. This requires scientific and rational use and protection of the source of the species before regeneration is possible and the “inexhaustible” is possible. The ground is a resrenewable source because its fertility can be continually renewed through artificial measures and natural processes.
Renewable energy generally refers to a variety of inexhaustible energy sources. Strictly speaking, it is a source of energy that will not be exhausted during human life. Renewable energy does not include currently limited energy sources such as fossil fuels and nuclear power.
Most renewable energy is actually solar energy storage. Renewable does not mean providing energy for ten years, but for hundreds or even thousands of years.
