Carefully carry out daily inspections and perform necessary maintenance based on the actual usage (standby, regular) and operating conditions of the diesel generator set. To ensure that the diesel generator set can be started quickly and put into good power supply condition in case of emergency. Use the designated fuel, lubricating oil and coolant and replace them in time; keep the diesel engine clean and check for leaks and clearance regularly to ensure normal and reliable operation of the diesel engine and prolong its service life. The maintenance intervals and maintenance items of the engine should be adjusted appropriately according to the purpose, operating conditions and performance of fuel and lubricating oil. Please refer to the diesel generator service manual for details. Generally calculated based on hourses of work and schedule, whichever comes first. 1. Filter replacement: 1. Air filter: Clean it by blowing air from the air compressor port every 50 hours of operation. Replace it every 500 hours of operation or when the warning device turns red to ensure that the air filter is clean and can pass a sufficient volume of filtered air without causing black smoke emission. When the warning device turns red, this indicates that the filter element has been blocked by dirt. When replacing the filter element, first open the filter cover. After replacing the filter element, press the top button to reset the indicator. 2. Oil filter: It must be replaced after the break-in period (50 hours or three months), then every 500 hours or six months. Preheat the device for 10 minutes before turning it off. Find the filter Itable on the diesel engine and unscrew it with a belt wrench. Before installing the new filter port, check that the sealing ring is seated exactly on the new filter and clean the mating surface. . Fill the new filter with the specified lubricant to prevent air back pressure. And apply a little to the sealing ring, put the new filter back in place, turn it all the way by hand, then tighten it 2/3 turns. After replacing the filter, turn on the machine and run it for 10 minutes. Note: The oil filter must be replaced at the same time as the lubricating oil. 3. Diesel filter: It must be replaced after the break-in period (50 hours), then every 500 hours or every six months. Preheat the device for 10 minutes before turning it off. Find the disposable filter on the back of the diesel engine and unscrew it with a strap wrench. Before installing the new filter port, verify that theThe gasket is exactly on the new filter gasket and. clean it. Contact surface, fill the new filter with designated diesel to avoid back pressure from air. And apply a little to the gasket, put the new filter back in place, don't overtighten. If air enters the fuel system, operate the manual oil pump to remove the air before starting the engine. Replace the filter, then start the engine for 10 minutes. 4. Coolant filter: should be replaced after 200 hours of first use or three months. Replace every 500 hours or one year thereafter. Find the disposable filter on the diesel engine, turn off the water inlet switch on the top cover and use a strap wrench to unscrew it. Before installing the new filter port, check that the sealing ring is exactly on the new filter, clean it. contact surface, and put the new filter back in place, tighten it completely by hand, then tighten it 2/3 turns. Turn on the water inlet switch. 2. Replacement of lubricating oil: It should be replaced after the break-in period (50 hours or three months), then every 500 hours or six months. For engine oil quality, CF-4, CG-4 and CH-4 series of API CE series can be selected. Series quality engine oil or ACEA E2, E3 series or CCMC D4 series. Note that if the sulfur content of the selected lubricating oil is greater than 0.5%, the maintenance interval should be reduced by 50%. When changing engine oil, different brands and models of engine oil should not be mixed. Preheat the unit for 10 minutes before turning it off; open the oil drain plug, drain the oil into a suitable container and tighten the oil drain plug. Pour engine oil from the oil filler holeup to the oil dipstick scale range. Note: When changing the lubricating oil, the oil filter should be replaced at the same time. 3. Coolant replacement: It should be replaced after 200 hours of first use or three months. Replace every 500 hours or one year thereafter. Carefully remove the top cover of the water tank, open the drain valve at the bottom of the water tank and make sure the outlet is not blocked. After draining the cooling water, flush the cooling system with clean water, close the drain valve. fill the coolant and cover the top cover. Pay attention to the device that has just stopped working. Do not open the water tank cover within 15 minutes. Prevent water vapor from bursting and hurting people. 4. Daily Routine or Pre-Start Inspection Items: Check and eliminateoil leaks, water leaks and air leaks. Wipe the surface of the generator set to keep the appearance of the diesel engine and surroundings clean. 1. Keep the entire unit clean. Clean thoroughly once a week to prevent build-up of water, iron and debris. 2. Check the oil level in the fuel tank. Provide emergency power to the unit. 3. Check the engine oil level to see if there is abnormal increase or decrease, find the cause, and add it in time if it is insufficient. Check the water level in the water tank. 4. Check battery voltage and add distilled water. 5. Check the looseness of each protective cover and the tightness of the screws and nuts of each connection part. 6. In winter, you should pay attention to heat preservation and inject sufficient antifreeze into the water tank. 5. Functional test and maintenancence of the unit 1. For standby units, operate without load for 5 to 10 minutes every week and operate with an appropriate load (not less than 30%) for 15 to 30 minutes every six months.
The maintenance cycle of the lubrication system is once every 200 hours of operation.
Start the diesel generator and let it run for 15 minutes;
When the diesel engine is very hot, drain the oil from the oil pan screw cap. After draining, refill the oil. with 110NM (using a torque wrench). Then add new oil of the same type to the oil pan and the same type of oil as that in the engine. The same type of oil should also be added to the turbocharger.
Remove the two crude oil filters and replace them with two new oil filters. New filters must be filled with fresh engine oil of the same type as that in the machine;
After replacing the fine filter element, add new engine oil of the same model as that of the machine.
The diesel filter maintenance cycle involves removing the diesel filter every 200 hours of operation, replacing it with a new filter, refilling it with new clean diesel, then replacing it.
The maintenance cycle of the charging generator and starter is once every 600 hours of operation.
Clean all parts and bearings, dry them and add new lubricating oil.
Clean the carbon brushes if the wear thickness of the carbon brushes exceeds half that of the new ones. you need to quickly replace;
Check the transmission device for flexibility and wear of the motor gears. If the gear wear is serious, you should request maintenance outsourcing.
