3. Yesanhe River tributary (including its Jinghe River tributary)
Huapinghe Hydropower Station is located on the branch of the Jinghe River, a first-level tributary of the Yesanhe River in the river Qingjiang. Water system in Dazhiping Town, Badong County. The Huapinghe hydroelectric power station has an installed capacity of 30,000 kilowatts, a normal reservoir water level of 670 meters and a maximum dam height of 97 meters.

In addition to the Three Gorges and Gezhouba in the Yangtze River, large-scale hydropower projects in Yichang include Shuibuya, Geheyan and Gaobazhou in the Qingjiang River basin. Small hydropower is mainly distributed in the Xiangxi River basin, which originates in Shenlongjia and passes through Xingshan and Zigui, and in the Yuyang River basin in Wufeng. In terms of numbers, most of them are from Xingshan County, followed by Zigui Wufeng. Most hydropower projects in Xingshan County belong to Xi Groupngfa, which has nearly 20.
