Hydrogen cooler: The hydrogen cooling system of the generator is a closed hydrogen circulation system. The hot hydrogen passes through the generator's hydrogen cooler and is cooled by the cooling water.
The main reasons for hydrogen leaks from hydrogen-cooled generators are:
(1) Hydrogen leaks are caused by welds, valves and loose flanges in the hydrogen piping system;< /p>
(2) The joint surface of the machine base, end cover and outlet cover has hydrogen leakage in due to the sealant not filling the sealing groove or the aging of the sealant and the sealing rubber strip;
< p>( 3) The sealing tile is defective or the pressure of the sealing oil is too weak, causing intermittent oil film, causing a large amount of hyd leakagehydrogen;(4) The hydrogen cooler is not leak-proof, causing hydrogen to leak into the hydrogen cooling water;
(5) The internal cooling water system of the stator, especially the insulated joints of water pipes and other parts, are not tight, causing hydrogen leakage into the internal cooling water. When the amount of hydrogen leakage from the generator is large, the internal cooling water tank, the hydrogen cooler purge valve, the bearings on both sides of the generator, the sealing surfaces of the generator, the hydrogen tank Sealed oil and hydrogen system lines and valves should be searched.
Diesel generator cooling forms are generally divided into three types: air, hydrogen and water. The cooling system of a general synchronous generator is closed and the cooling fluid is recycled.
1) CooledAir cooling - Air cooling is carried out by fans. Cold air is blown against the ends of the diesel generator windings, stator and rotor of the generator to dissipate heat. absorbs heat. Then it turns into hot air. After the first fusion of air between the stator and rotor, it is discharged through the iron core air duct and cooled by the cooler. The cooled air is then sent into the generator by the fan to circulate there to achieve the heat dissipation goal. The machines generally use air cooling for medium and small synchronous generator sets. ,
2) Hydrogen Cooling - Hydrogen cooling uses hydrogen as a cooling medium. The heat dissipation performance of hydrogen is better than that of air. Most large turbine generators useThey use hydrogen cooling.
3) Water cooling - water cooling uses dual internal water cooling of the stator and rotor.
