1: Contents of construction work
A. Replace all insulated water lines in generator stator #8.
B. Replace a #8 generator output porcelain bushing and all output bushing gaskets.

A. Open the jumper cord outside the insulation box at the end of generator #8 and remove the insulation. box, remove the clutch insulator. Remove all old insulated water lines.
B. Disconnect all insulation and packaging from generator transition wire #8, loosen connecting boltn of the transition wire contact plate and output ring, and remove the bolt. Remove the insulated water pipe and remove the lead wire sleeve.
C. Clean the water joint contact plate of the insulated water pipe and the transition wire.
D. Cooperate with Party A to carry out the wire rod cooling water flow test and keep test records.
E. Install a new insulated water pipe and perform a water pressure test according to the generator overhaul test standard (5 kg pressure for 8 consecutive hours without leak testing).

F. Use rubber-impregnated polyester rope to tie and secure the nuts from the insulated water line to the manifold. Insulate the joint between the water seal at the end of the wire rod and the insulated water pipe.
G. Buckle up the insulating box and tie it with a thick rope.
H. Replace the gasketof the lead wire ring and perform a steam leak test. Reinstall the connecting wire bushing before installation. For insulated water pipes, perform the hydraulic pressure test at the same time as item E. The joint between the transition wire and the conductor wire jacket should be insulated by hand.
L. Heating and cooking. After cooling, perform an electrical insulation test. The stator end is sprayed with 9130 high strength coating paint.

3: Construction Quality Assurance Measures
A . When removing the insulating casing, be careful not to damage the hollow conductors of the wire rods.
B. When removing the wire casing, be careful to protect the porcelain casing and avoid damaging it.
C. When cleaning the water connector and lead wire contact plate, clean them carefully. Once Party A personnel have inspectedchecked and confirmed that it is qualified, the installation will continue.
D. When insulating handbags, YQ glue should be applied evenly, and the number of layers of insulation should strictly conform to the standards of the insulation process.
E. Flow, water pressure and electrical tests are all carried out in accordance with overhaul standards.

F. Insulated water pipes in the outlet part must be tied and reinforced.
G. Heating and baking temperature should reach 90-100 degrees for 24 hours or until curing is complete.
H. The vapor tightness test of the lead wire casing should meet the standard, that is, no leakage at 5kg/8 hours.
Once the lead wire housing has passed the vapor tight test, the AC withstand voltage test of the generator housing should be carried out according to the overhaul test standards.
Mr. Insulated water pipes must be strictly subjected to hydraulic pressure testing after production at the manufacturer. During the test, Party A must appoint professionals to supervise on site, and Party A must provide testing. report.
