High generator water temperature may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The diesel generator uses hard water for a long time. When the generator is used, the water tank. will generate temperature and a large amount of scale will form in the water tank and water channels, resulting in poor heat dissipation.
2. There are too many impurities deposited in the water channels of the generator body and cylinder head, causing water circulation to be blocked and heat dissipation to be poor.
3. The generator set burns oil badly, causing excessive carbon deposits and poor heat dissipation.
4. Improper operation and use of diesel generators. When starting the diesel generator, you must first use a small or medium throttle to preheat for a while. Do not suddenly increase thethrottle or do not suddenly increase the load.
Otherwise, the diesel generator will work roughly. and the temperature will rise sharply. Or, long-term overload operation of the diesel generator will also cause the diesel generator to become too hot.
5. The oil supply time is too late, causing the diesel generator to overheat.
6. Immediately put into full load operation after servicing, causing moving parts to overheat or jam due to too little mounting clearance.
7. Insufficient cooling water causes the diesel generator to overheat.
1. Excessive stator temperature will damage the generator insulation. Insulation temperature levels are divided into several groups. Hydrogen generators are generally grade F. National standards allow a temperature increase of 105 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it will damage the insulation and shorten the life of the motor. Of course, this can also directly burn the stator coil.
2. The risks associated with excessive rotor temperature are the same as for the first point.
3. If the pad material is bus alloy, the national standard cannot exceed 75 degrees, and the plastic tile is 55 degrees. If it is too high, the pad will be burned and it will no longer be able to function. In actual operation, bus alloys typically operate between 40 and 60 degrees. Plastic tiles work below 50 degrees.
4. Installing an air cooler involves cooling the stator and rotor. Water circulates through the air cooler to cool the air inside the generator to achieve cooling.
