1. This is usually caused by the dirty surface of the cooling water tank radiator of the 100kw Cummins diesel generator set. A dusty environment can easily block the surface of the radiator, or when the device is working, debris may be sucked into the water tank by the cooling fan and block the ventilation, resulting in poor heat dissipation. The problem can be solved by cleaning the surface of the water tank radiator with water or removing debris. It is noted that daily attention must be paid to maintaining the cleanliness of the computer room environment.
2. There is not enough coolant in the cooling water tank. It is necessary to check the reasons for the loss of cooling water. You can check the tightness of the cooling water tank and cooling water pipesof the fuselage. If there is a leak, they must be repaired immediately. Then fill the coolant up to the normal level.
3. After prolonged use of the generator, the cooling fan belt will gradually age and become inelastic, or a certain belt will break, causing the cooling fan to lose its normal blowing capacity. At this point, the cooling fan belt needs to be replaced. When replacing, all of the belts must be replaced instead of just one.
4. Failure of the cooling water pump prevents cooling water from circulating and the water temperature rises. This is caused by wear of the internal gears and leaks after prolonged use of the water pump. This fault is also rare in emergency oil engines. At this time you can only contact the manufacturer to repair or replace the water pumpu.
