The generator coil cooling water temperature range is 40-50℃. An automatic adjustment device is provided to adjust the inlet water temperature, and the fluctuation range of the cooling water temperature is not more than 2°C. The water temperature at the battery outlet must not be higher than 85°C. This is a requirement for 660 MW units. Regarding alarms and trips, each manufacturer's regulations stipulate this.
Dual water internal cooling generators use water, water and air cooling methods. The generator uses water. Internal cooling, stator core and end structure adopt air cooling. The cooling water for the stator windings has one water channel for each half-coil. The water inlet is at the excitation end of the stator and the water outlet isu is at the end of the machine. The stator connection pipe is also water-cooled, and the water inlet and outlet of each water channel are connected by polytetraethylene pipes. The rotor winding cooling water path has two rows per rotor slot. Each row of spools is a path of water that enters at the bottom of the thread bin and exits at the top of the bin. water channels are connected to insulated water pipes. The main inlet and outlet pipes are made of anti-corrosion and anti-magnetic stainless steel pipes. Cooling water enters the rotor through the excitation end and flows along the hollow shaft in the center of the rotor. When the cooling water passes through the end water collection box and the water inlet pipe, it flows to the rotor winding and flows out. the rotor water outlet pipe and the water outlet device. The cooling air issupplied by a fan installed on the rotating shaft of the generator and forms a closed circulation system with the air cooler. Cold air is driven from the end cover air inlets at both ends by installed axial fans. at both ends of the rotating shaft and passes through the surface of the rotor and the stator. The iron core adopts a two-inlet, two-outlet radial ventilation method.
