The main production processes of thermal power plants (taking coal-fired power plants as an example) are:
1. Raw coal stored in the coal storage farm (or storage tank coal) is transferred from the coal storage by the coal transport equipment. The raw coal is sent from the field to the raw coal hopper of the boiler, and then sent to the coal crusher by the coal feeder to be crushed into pulverized coal.
2. The pulverized coal is sent to the separator for separation, and the qualified pulverized coal is sent to the pulverized coal bin for storage (storage boiler).
3. The pulverized coal in the pulverized coal bunker is sent to the burner of the boiler body by the pulverizer and is pulverized from the burner into the furnace for combustion (the direct blowing boiler separates the coal pulverized coal and sends it directly into the oven).
4. Burning pulverized coal releases a large amount of thermal energy to heat water in water-cooled wall tubes around the furnace in a steam-water mixture.
5. The mixture is separated by the steam-water separator in the boiler drum: the separated water is sent to the water-cooled wall tube through the spillway for continuous heating; superheater and heated until it complies with regulations. The superheated steam with temperature and pressure is sent to the steam turbine through pipes to do the work.
6. Superheated steam works in the steam turbine to drive the steam turbine to rotate, and the steam turbine drives the generator to produce electricity.
7. The three-phase alternating current generated by the generator is amplified by the transformer through the wire at the end of the generator and then sent to the power grid.
8. Overheated steamThe water which has finished its work in the steam turbine is cooled by the condenser in condensed water. The condensed water is sent to the low pressure heater to be heated via the condensing pump and then sent out. to the degasser for deoxygenation, then through. After the feed water is pumped to the high pressure heater for heating, it is sent to the boiler to continue the thermodynamic cycle. The reheating unit adopts intermediate reheating process, that is, the steam after the high pressure cylinder of the steam turbine has done its work is sent to the boiler heater to be reheated, so that the steam temperature is raised to a certain (or initial steam) and then sent to the medium pressure steam turbine. The cylinder continues to operate.
