It can be analyzed from the following points:
1: Abnormal load and too high voltage will increase iron loss; excessive current will increase copper loss; excessive excitation current will also affect the temperature increase of the rotor coil; .
2: The motor has insufficient ventilation and the air duct is blocked.
3: Dust accumulation in the machine, places with poor working conditions and areas with serious dust and oil pollution (upper guide oil leak and oil projected from the lower guide) make it difficult for the motor to work. stator coil to dissipate heat, causing the temperature to rise.
4: The inlet air temperature is too high. You can check whether the charging state of the generator is normal, whether the three-phase current is balanced, whether there is friction noise in the generator and whether the burpgold is in contact.
If none of the above! It is estimated that the motor insulation has aged! Additional insulation must be provided!
In general, hydroelectric production units undergo a thorough overhaul every 3 to 5 years, at which time the generator will be dismantled. Check if the guide bearing is worn. If wear is significant, it can be repaired and polished before continued use. If it is damaged following an accident, it will need to be replaced. The summary is this: as long as it doesn't burn out, you can continue to use it.
