Depending on the type of drain valve used, both integrated and external drain valves are currently available on the market.
The external type is directly screwed onto the threaded rod of the solar water pipe. There is no distinction between lateral placement and inferior placement. The principle of draining is to use the three-way principle, one end is connected to the upper and lower water pipes, one end is connected to the water tank, and the other end is connected to the ventilation.
When draining, close the water tank end, connect the water end to the vent end and open the faucet below. Due to the natural fall, water is discharged from the tap. When using water, the water tank end is connected to the water end, the ventilation end is closed, and the water is used normally.
Micro exhaust valve
Under normal circumstances, water contains approximately 2 VOL% dissolved air. During the water distribution process, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates in the pipeline. At the peak, air pockets (AIRPOCKET) form, making water supply difficult, and the water delivery capacity of the system can be reduced by approximately 5-15%. The main function of this micro exhaust valve is to exclude dissolved air at 2 VOL% and is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, factory pipelines and small pumping stations to protect or improve system water distribution efficiency and save energy.
