As the current material cannot meet the performance requirements of components intended for long-term outdoor use, multiple materials must be combined.
The basic material of the backplane is PET because of its insulation, water resistance, good dimensional stability and low price. However, pure PET is not UV resistant and has poor chemical stability. It hydrolyzes easily in hot and humid environments, as evidenced by the aging of PET double 85. Therefore, a film is required to protect the animal.
The exterior coating is usually made of a fluorinated material, because the fluorinated material has particularly good stability, weather resistance and strong aging resistance. PET is used to protect the backplane, but fluorine film is difficult to process and. expensive, so it's impossible A pure fluorine filmst used as a backplane. Because fluorine film is expensive, it is only a thin layer when used in the backplane.
The side of the backplate that contacts the EVA will be exposed to direct sunlight. This side has UV resistance requirements and cannot directly contact PET. Therefore, this side must also be covered with a film to protect the PET.
The backplane therefore adopts a three-layer structure.
If it is found in the future that a certain material has the advantages of PET, including sufficient production capacity, low price and resistance to UV and aging, the three-way structure diapers will be abandoned.
1. Backsheet (parts of solar cells)
The cross section of a solar panel has five layers: photovoltaic glass, EVA, solar cells, EVA and backsheet. The back sheet of the cellsThe solar panels are located on the back of the solar panel, protecting and supporting the cells, and have reliable insulation, water resistance and aging resistance.
2. Panel (name of furniture pieces in the Ming and Qing dynasties)
The panel used on the back of furniture. Panels are flat, rectangular panels made of building materials manufactured in standard dimensions and are used in the construction industry as components of walls, ceilings or floors. Also refers to forged, rolled or cast metal plates.
3. Backplane (router structure)
The backplane is the physical channel between the input and output of the router. Traditional routers use a shared backplane fabric, while high-performance routers typically use a switched fabric. Backplane capabilities determine router throughput. The bandThe bandwidth of a switch backplane is the maximum amount of data that can pass between the switch interface processor or interface card and the data bus.
4. Back plate (insect bone plate)
The back plate of most insect larvae and adults of more primitive species is a complete bony plate and is no longer divided into pieces, so Called the original backplane. The pronotum varies considerably between insects.
For example, the pronotum of locusts is saddle-shaped, with both sides extending downward, covering almost the entire lateral plate. But in insects with an underdeveloped prothorax, the pronotum is usually just a narrow strip of bone. The structure of the dorsal plate of the winged thoracic segment is similar, with three secondary grooves dividing the dorsal plate into several bony fragments.
5. Backplane (technical term)
Backplane has always been a specialized product in the PCB manufacturing industry. The backplane is thicker and heavier than a typical PCB, and its thermal capacity is proportionately greater. AppreciateAs the cooling speed of the backplane is slow, the length of the reflow oven must be extended. It must also be forced air cooled at the outlet to reduce the backplane temperature sufficiently for safe operation.
