Approximately 58 volts.
The rated voltage is 48V and the rated current is 20A. Through calculation, we can know that in the theoretical state, the discharge capacity of the battery 48V 20 Ah is 0.96 degrees (rated voltage*). rated current * time = 48 V * 20 A * 1 h).
In addition, since the actual charging efficiency cannot reach 100%, only 90% to 95%, generally speaking, the actual charging capacity is 1.05 times the discharge capacity, so we can get the actual charging capacity to be about 1 kilowatt hour (0.96 degrees*1.05). In other words, 48V20Ah only requires 1 kilowatt hour of electricity from no power to full power.
Precautions for charging 48 volt lithium batteries
When charging, first connect the battery, then turn on the power. After fully charging, first disconnect the power, then disconnect the battery andthe charger. Keep the key cover closed when connecting the battery to the vehicle.
Overcharge danger: Unplug the charger in time after full charging, and do not charge continuously for more than 8 hours.
Do not charge in sub-zero temperature environments. When charging, you must use a dedicated lithium battery charger. Roadside fast charging is not permitted. 48, 60 and 72 volt chargers cannot be mixed.
This type of battery has a current of 20 to 40 amps during fast charging and 8 to 16 amps during slow charging.
The charging current of a 48V 80A lithium iron phosphate battery depends on the charging method (fast charge or slow charge) and charger specifications. When fast charging, the charging current is approximately 20 to 40 amps. When using slow charging, the charging current is approx.we have 8 to 16 amps.
