Some overflow openings of solar water tanks are at the bottom of the water tank, and others are at the top of the side. Most of them are both. If there are both, the top side is called the exhaust port, but the water tank is not installed level. After the water tank is filled with water, the water will overflow from the exhaust port first.
No matter where the water is overflowing from, it means there is a problem. Only when the water is full and the light is very good and exposed for a long time will the water flow out of the overflow outlet due to the increase in temperature of the water is normal. However, except for weather reasons, water overflows from the overflow port in small streams. The reasons are: the solenoid valve is filling water, maybe the solenoid valve is not closed tightly, and the solenoid valve may be opened for cleaning. The waterst supplied by the ball valve switch, which means the ball valve switch is not closed tightly and needs to be replaced.
1. The return pipe may be too long or not smooth, preventing water from flowing out of the return pipe in time once it is full. When the water tank is full, water continues to flow out of the other vents.
2. Because the tap water pressure is too high, the water will splash during the watering process, causing the water to flow into the water tank out of the vent when not full.
3. The water supply valve or solenoid valve is not closed, causing the water supply to continue to be slow and flows out of the vent when the water is full.
4. Sensor failure always indicates low water level, causing water to leak from the exhaust hole after the water is filled. (The measuring instrument andcannot get the water full signal). This problem is caused by water vapor generated due to high water temperature. This is actually a normal phenomenon.
