The steps to prepare fried shrimp at home are as follows:
Choose 250 grams of shrimp, remove the shrimp threads, cut the shrimp whiskers, a half green onion, one small green onion and one small. Reserve the ginger and 6 cloves of garlic.
Add a spoonful of Weida Mei Zhenpin cooking wine and marinate the shrimp for about 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
Grate the ginger, chop the green onions, slice the garlic and chop the shallots.
Put a little cooking oil in the pan, add the onions, ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Put the marinated shrimp in the pot, add a spoonful of Medamax oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Add a spoonful of June Fresh Special original soy sauce. My family always used June fresh soy sauce, which tastes good, I added some lhas Vida Mei Premium Oyster Sauce and June Fresh Original Soy Sauce. It's lightly salty, so I hardly add any other condiments.
Sauté the shrimp until they change color. The shrimp themselves are easier to cook, so you don't need to fry them for too long.
Take the fried shrimp out of the pan and put them on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions for decoration and arrange them in any pattern you like.
