How come Terraria Ocean Crates can only be obtained by fishing in the ocean.
Ocean Chests contain items found in standard Treasure Chests, and always contain an item normally found in Water Chests. Its Hardmode counterpart is the Seaside Box.

Most of the best accessories in the game are not produced in underground treasure chests or dropped by bosses, and many of them require players to make from specific materials in specific locations.
For example, to synthesize the Terra Blade weapon in the game, players must first synthesize all four Demonic (Bloody) Altar weapons with the Bloody Slayer/Light Banisher, Greatsword of lava and the demonic sword. Muramasa and Kusanagi can be combined with the Blade of Eternal Night and the Broken Sword of Heroes lachieved by killing specific monsters during a solar eclipse to synthesize the Blade of Eternal Night.
