1. Ground treatment should be careful before installation. The ground must be flat within a radius of two meters and the height difference must not exceed 3 mm.
The floor must be completely dry. Before laying the floor, a geothermal heating test must be carried out. The inlet water temperature must reach at least 50°C to ensure normal operation of the heating system.
And keep it warm for more than 24 hours to dry the soil and ensure the moisture content is up to standard.
2. The details of the installation process are the most important. The order must be specific. It is best to use the hanging installation method. The floor is close to the ground thanks to the cushion material. no space between the floor and the surface, and there must be space between floors. Leave a larger recess space.
Due to the large amount of humidity released by radiant heating hydrothermal, efforts should be made to prevent humidity.
When paving, the floor must first be cleaned and the corners must be straightened to ensure sufficient expansion joints.
The second step is to lay a layer of plastic sheeting on the ground to insulate moisture. The plastic sheeting should be 4 inches above the ground at all four corners.
The third step is to lay down the floor mat.
Be careful to leave expansion joints, the interface overlaps by at least 5cm and should be sealed with adhesive tape.
It is necessary to use plinths that are thicker than ordinary floors and must be constructed independently.
The floor can be heated 24 hours after installation.
In order to facilitate heat conduction, the cushion material should not be too thick.
3. Use special paper floor mats. Computer foam plastic floor matsnaries cannot be used as a floor mat between the floor and the floor. Special paper floor mats for underfloor heating should be used, because this type of floor. the mat conducts heat quickly and does not warp.
Ordinary foam floor mats conduct heat slowly and are likely to produce harmful gases when exposed to high temperatures for a long time, endangering the health of users.
