The method is as follows:
1. First check the appearance of the generator to see if there is obvious damage, rust or play.
2. Use a multimeter to check the generator output voltage. Connect the positive pole of the multimeter to the positive pole of the generator and the negative pole to the negative pole of the generator. Then start the engine and let it run for a while. Observe whether the voltage value on the multimeter is stable at approx. 12V. If the voltage value is unstable or low, if it is less than 12V, it means there is a problem with the generator.
3. Check the generator armature and brushes. Disassemble the generator and check the brushes for worn, loose or broken, and the armature for worn, broken, rusted or burned.
4. Check the generator rotor. Disassemble the generator and check whether the rotor is deformed, broken, worn or rusted.
5. Check the generator capacitor. Disassemble the generator and check if the capacitor is leaking, damaged or aging.
Isuzu generator does not respond when connected to electrical appliances
In case of emergency, you can use alligator clips to make a thicker wire. One end is connected to the live wire (like the battery, like the line from the generator to the battery) and the other end is connected to the live wire of the glow plug (the head, a plate of copper wire and the glow plug of each cylinder is connected to it). Just 5 to 10 seconds.
If you have time, I will be an electrician.
The relay is damaged. The Isuzu generator is a silicon rectifier generator. The reason the electrical connector is not responding is because the relay is damaged. The user can replace the relay with a new one. The generator is mainly composed of a three-phase alternator and a diode rectifiere silicon. The principle of operation is that when direct current passes through the rotor winding, the poles of the rotor claws establish a magnetic field. When the rotor turns, the magnetic pole is magnetic. The lines cut the stator winding, causing it to generate alternating electromotive force, the alternating current is rectified by a silicon diode bridge rectifier, and then produces direct current after rectification.
