The battery cannot be charged after being stored for a long time. Solution:
1. Sulfation, repair method: Repair the sulfated battery with a pulse repair instrument. High voltage (30V-50V) pulse (8330Hz) small current (1% to 2% of battery rated capacity) method, using 10 to 20 hours to remove lead sulfate which crystallizes and gets hard in the battery.
2. The electrode plate is softened. Repair method: After the battery is discharged to 10.5V, use a light bulb to deeply discharge it for 1-5 hours. Then use an activator to activate and repair.
3. Short circuit, repair method: water battery, you can drill holes clearly to extract the short-circuited lead powder, you can quickly short-circuit the positive and negative poles, and burn the short-circuited place.
4. Open circuitrt, Repair method: 100A detects 0V battery voltage as an open circuit. Use only one measurement method to measure the open circuit and solder it.
The cut-off voltage of the lithium battery: this is the end-of-discharge voltage. In order to protect your lithium battery from over-discharging, the battery protection circuit will be designed with a shutdown voltage value of 2.5V. -3.0V, that is also when this voltage is reached, the protection chip will stop output and resume output when charged again. It has nothing to do with open circuit voltage and load voltage.
