This is difficult to achieve due to the different sizes and contacts of cell phone batteries. Can be recharged. What do you mean exactly? Are you using an old lithium battery to charge your current phone battery?
The principle of chargers is basically the same, that is, they are basically universal. Simply connect the charger and battery terminals correctly. I can't type more words, it's limited.
The battery capacity of a cell phone will definitely decrease after being used for a while. Is there software to check battery capacity or do I need it. multimeter to measure it

3.2 Design
The MK II has a clear purpose. Based on the MK I, it spruces up the appearance and makes it look as good as possible so it can be taken out and seen even when the lights are off. The first is the overall size issue. I have referenced several other people's design drawings.
The outer diameter of the reactor in the video is approximately 77mm. According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Tony Stark, also known as Robert Downey Jr., is approximately 1.74 meters tall. If there is a big difference in body shape compared to him, it would be better to adjust the reactor size. I'm 1.86 meters tall, so I adjustedthe outer diameter to 85 mm, bought an iron box with a diameter of 85 mm and used its cover as the reactor shell.
Then there is the simulation of “Halo”.
Acrylic ring with sink filter
Video screenshotThe surface structure of the “halo” is clearly depicted: 10 groups of “coils” are evenly distributed on a transparent ring . Clear rings? The clear acrylic material seems to be perfect for simulating it, but it's quite difficult to cut a beautiful ring by hand without the help of power tools. Fortunately, you can order one online for a very low price, and you can also ask the store to cut it into 20 equal parts for further processing.
The circuit and LED layout follows the fully parallel connection of the MK I, and the backing paper is replaced with a high-end universal circuit board to facilitate soldering operations.
The image is mountedre the "improved version" of the MK I scheme (it's still bad, okay!). Blue marks the positive terminal, black represents the wire connected to the back of the universal board, and red. does the thread go forward.
The switch is a button switch removed from the flashlight, which is placed in the center with a pair of LEDs. If there is no button, just install a regular micro switch in the center and cover it. decorations.
However, problems were encountered during the actual assembly. Not to mention cable conflicts, which are relatively easy to resolve, three parallel button batteries cannot light 12 SMD LEDs at all.
As the picture shows, not only is it not very bright, but the brightness will decrease quickly.
The solution is very simple. Remove the button cell battery and replace the main power supply with a cell phone lithium battery. The effect is very good. He isIt's not recommended to use this tip as soon as you get started.
Powered by a lithium battery, the smartphone will automatically reduce the exposure when shooting, actually making it more dazzling.
3.3 Building MK II
3.3.1 "Halo"
The parts were already prepared when ordered, so I wrapped them with electrical tape and made them decorative. copper wire is carefully wrapped around it to act as a “coil”.
The process of repeating dense coil winding 10 times is quite boring, and it took me a long time to complete it as a severe procrastinator.
Once everything is wound up, solder two parallel sections of enameled wire to the side that will serve as the “front” to further restore the shape.
After welding a total of 20 sections, I started to worry about how to restore the middle structures.
Not having good ideas, I decided to insert a sink part to increase the number. After removing the mesh in the center with iron scissors, the raw look matched surprisingly well... I fixed it decisively with hot melt glue on the back.
If you don't want to use sink parts, you can cut a ring out of black ABS plate and drill holes to roughen the surface and dry brush it to give it a metallic texture.
3.3.2 Soldering the LED
The next step is to cut the universal PCB into the intended size (physical work!) and then solder the SMD LED.
It should be noted that the SMD LED has three pairs of pins and they must be connected to achieve maximum brightness. So, before soldering onto the board, I used a crude method to deal with it: flattening it with a. Use copper wire to string the pins on one side in advance, sothat as long as one point is connected to the circuit, the whole is connected. All three pairs of LED pins can light up.
After soldering one by one, solder the enameled wire from the back as usual to connect the LEDs. Remember to test if it works... False soldering is very common among us beginners...
The soldering work can take some time, so I suggest you plan in detail how to arrange the cables from the start. Don't follow me, just draw a diagram by yourself, then click the soldering iron to solder. . Although it is not difficult to change the cable layout afterwards, it is still quite simple...TAT
3.3.3 Power Supply
The original design is to use a button. batteries for power supply, which, together with the SMD LED, can significantly reduce the thickness and weight of the entire device, but in reality they are cruel and cannot beand lit.
So I first drilled two small holes in the body of the device, passed two wires through them and connected the positive and negative poles of the lithium battery to the power source . The lithium battery was stuck to the power source. device with hot melt glue. Behind it, use hot melt glue to seal the insulation.
You may have questions about children's shoes. What should I do if the lithium battery is exhausted? This is a good question like Obama, and it deserves a special article to study carefully... Just kidding, I soldered two small slots on the part of the universal board surface that is blocked by the decor, which leads to the positive and negative poles of the lithium battery respectively. When you need to charge it, simply plug two alligator clips into the decoration, then connect it to the charger.
Finally, after havingall the parts, an MK II which is at least more beautiful than the MK I was born to!
In the photo, the "halo" is attached to the hull by the friction provided by several small, powerful magnets surrounding it. When you need to wear clothes for the show, you just need to put them inside. correct position through clothing. A few strong magnets attach to the iron casing of the device to secure it.
4 Summary
I spent energy and money on MK II, and the effect is indeed more beautiful than MK I. I also learned a lot of lessons, for example, on the implementation of. The properties of SMD LEDs should be studied clearly (although they are thin, the power is larger and require a more powerful power supply), you should draw a normal circuit diagram in advance to avoid troublesome soldering, etc.
At the same time, this reactor is still far from having a satisfactory effect. Although the readAlthough the light is bright, the soft light effect is not enough, just like a dozen flashes. In the next version I will do it. try using matte opaque acrylic to make a "halo"; The universal board with all the holes exposed doesn't look good at all. In the next version, I will try to customize the circuit board to increase the sense of design (yes., I have already made two and am currently working on the third); After removing the external lithium battery, it is too thick in the next version, try to integrate it into the device and use the philosopher's stone for wireless charging?
In short, have fun~
There is no software to check battery capacity.
Not to mention software, even if you hold the battery in your hand, you cannot accurately know its capacity without the help of instruments. The battery is different from the IC. It's a materialpurely independent iel without any data. Existence, to put it simply, is like a screw in a mobile phone, which can read the memory of the mobile phone. The model, size, CPU model and frequency of the phone can also be read, but the size screws inside cannot be known without disassembling the phone. Of course, the size of the screws can be known from the drawings, but that is no longer the scope of the problem. The same goes for the battery. As the usage time and charging and discharging time extend, its actual capacity will also increase. change, so the usual approach is to take the phone apart to check the battery. The nameplate on the battery, or estimated based on experience, can also be known by simple calculations using instruments. Of course, some batteries have a capacity display and. hardware computing circuits, which are integrateds to the battery. They are generally used on model airplanes. Currently, these batteries are used in cell phones. I haven't seen this type of battery yet. So if the battery is a regular cell phone battery, it is impossible for software to read it. While some software can display capacity, this is only an estimate and cannot be accurate.
