Electric drill lithium battery discharge method:
1. Standard discharge method: discharge with a constant current of 0.2C5 until the voltage across the battery is 2.75V. Since it is difficult to meet this condition under a daily use, this method is mainly used for battery capacity calibration.
2. Rapid discharge method: Since the internal resistance of lithium-ion batteries is very low, a large current discharge is allowed. A discharge at a current of 1C5 can last more than 54 minutes; the time is more than 30 minutes; 2C5 discharge time is more than 23 minutes and allows greater current discharge in the short term.
3. The discharge process of lithium-ion batteries is balanced during operation. Theoretically, care should be taken when discharging lithium-i batterieson the discharge rate and the depth of discharge. Low temperature lithium iron phosphate battery 3.2V 20A-20℃, discharge capacity of -40℃ 3C≥70% Charging temperature: -20~45℃ -Discharge temperature: -40~+55℃-40 ℃ Maximum supported discharge rate: 3C -40 ℃3C discharge capacity retention rate ≥70%.
1. Open the lithium electric drill and disconnect the lithium battery from the lithium electric drill.
2. Use a charger with appropriate voltage and connect the positive and negative poles of the charger to the positive and negative poles of the ground power supply.
3. Reinstall the lithium electric drill and it can be used when modifying, be sure to turn off the power.
