The present document specifies the Solution Set definitions for the IRP whose semantics is specified in
3GPP TS 28.628 [4] SON Policy Network Resource Model IRP: Information Service (IS).
This Solution Set definitions specification is related to 3GPP TS 28.628 V15.0.X [4].
