This document (EN 15354:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 “Plastics”, the
secretariat of which is held by NBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2023, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2023.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes CEN/TS 15354:2006.
In comparison with the previous edition, the following technical modifications have been made:

1 Scope
This document specifies the characterization and the designation of extruded and/or calendered, non-
reinforced film or sheeting made of plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-P). It specifies the
corresponding test methods for the assessment of the characteristics.
This document is applicable to film and sheeting in the range of thickness from 0,05 mm to 1 mm.
