Axial flow fans are widely used. They are airflow in the same direction as the axis of the blades. For example, electric fans and air conditioner outdoor fans are fans that operate in axial flow mode. It is called "axial flow" because the gas flows parallel to the fan axis. Axial flow fans are usually used in situations with higher flow requirements and lower pressure requirements. Axial fans hold a position and move the air. Axial flow fans are mainly composed of fan impellers and casings. They have a simple structure but very high data requirements.
First of all, we can investigate by ourselves to see if the air conditioner is related to improper use. 1. The wind speed is too high. The wind speed of the air conditioner is adjusted too high and the power of the compressor is increased, causing the air outlet of the outdoor unit to operate rapidly, resulting in greater vibration and noise. Then you need to lower the wind speed to let the compressor breathe. 2. The outdoor unit is too dirty. If it is convenient, we can observe the heat sink of the outdoor machine. Excessive dust will cause poor heat dissipation of the heat pipe, which will increase the power of the compressor, resulting in increased vibration. In this case, you can contact the cleaning staff to clean the air conditioner. 3. The indoor unit is not installed stably. If the installation stability of the indoor unit is not good, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is running, the copper pipe is connected to the indoor unit. If the indoor unit is not stable enough, it will be affected by the compressor, causing resonance of the indoor unit. Well, if the problem still exists after a simple self-diagnosis, then we need to contact professional maintenance personnel to come and repair it. At this point, some people may have this question: Now that the maintenance personnel have been contacted, what else needs to be done to understand these reasons? Just leave it to them. In fact, if you meet a professional master, these problems can be easily solved. However, after all, the maintenance industry is uneven. Some novices are not careful enough in troubleshooting these problems, and they do not fully understand where the problem comes from. If after you understand these problems, you can study and troubleshoot them with the maintenance personnel. Sometimes a simple reminder may solve the problem. In addition, maintenance personnel will usually communicate with the customer on the phone before coming to the door, and inform him of the situation after you investigate, so that the maintenance personnel can quickly find the problem and whether they need to bring corresponding materials, such as refrigerants, cleaning agents, etc. 1. The installation is not standardized. If the noise is caused by irregular installation, it usually manifests itself as loose foundations, weak bracket fixings, and uneven installation of the outdoor unit. Such factors can easily cause noise. Solution: Generally, the external unit can be tightened and gradually leveled to a suitable position to see if the noise can be eliminated; if not, other reasons need to be found. 2. The outer casing is loose. When used to a certain extent, the air conditioner will vibrate slightly during operation, which can easily cause the joints to collide and vibrate with each other, and can also easily produce noise. There is also a small rainproof shell at the line connection of the outdoor unit. If the screws are loose, it will also affect the vibration of the outdoor unit. Solution: This requires determining the fault location, then checking the surrounding environment, and finally tightening it. 3. The air conditioning compressor produces noise. When the air conditioner compressor produces noise, it is usually caused by vibration, such as collision noise between the outdoor unit pipes. Solution: You can first adjust the spacing between the outdoor machine pipes, or add shock-absorbing cement to eliminate the fault.. Noise occurs when the press is working. One of the reasons is caused by parts. Common causes include jamming of the press cylinder or damage to the starting capacitor of the press. After determining the specific cause, just replace the damaged spare parts directly. It may also be caused by poor performance of the press, which produces a low-frequency vibration and buzzing sound during operation. Methods such as adjusting and replacing the shock-absorbing rubber pads on the press feet and wrapping them with sound-insulating cotton can be used to alleviate the problem. 4. The outdoor fan motor is abnormal. When the outdoor fan motor or axial flow blades are poorly assembled or of poor quality, noise will still be produced during use. This is unavoidable, and countermeasures need to be found. Solution: You can use tools to remove the axial flow fan blades of the outdoor unit and test the machine. If the noise is eliminated, directly replace the axial flow fan blades with new ones. Otherwise, the outdoor fan motor needs to be replaced. 5. Bearing wear: The sliding shaft of the cooling fan is greatly worn and does not run smoothly, causing noise. Solution: Add some lubricant to the sliding shaft of the air conditioner fan, and the fan will rotate smoothly. 6. Lack of refrigerant. The lack of refrigerant in the air conditioner may also make the indoor unit of the air conditioner louder. Without refrigerant, the indoor temperature will never reach the set temperature, and the air conditioner will keep running, so the voice will become louder. Solution: Fill with sufficient refrigerant so that the fan will operate normally and noise will not be produced. In addition to the above reasons, there is another possibility that the operating noise of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner itself is relatively loud. If conditions permit, you may wish to replace it. Most of the new air conditioners on the market now do not vibrate or make noise, and the air output is quiet, which does not affect people's rest at all. Be sure to check the reviews before buying!
