Installing the fan is relatively simple. There is usually an instruction manual and you can follow the steps to install it.
For simple fan installation, take out the column tube and base, insert the column tube into the chassis mounting hole, and tighten the nut at the bottom of the chassis
Take out the lifting rod from the base tube and tighten it firmly in the middle. The base installation is completed (note: part of the fan lift rod is inside the column)
Put the mounting hole of the main unit head into the round tube to lock the groove, and then tighten the fixing screw with a screwdriver
Install the rear grille into the main engine head, and then tighten it with the grille cable nut
Insert the fan blade into the motor shaft, and tighten it with the fan blade cable nut when it is in place (note: the fan blade cable nut is clockwise Loosen, do not twist in the wrong direction, otherwise it will burst)
Put the mesh ring into the rear grille, then the front grille, and use a screwdriver to tighten the screws in the ring
Industrial large fan installation steps:
1. Install the base plate and determine the installation position (marked with lines). Both sides of the base plate should be equidistant. The base plate and the installation beam should be cross-perpendicular, and the top surface of the pad should be close to each other. For the I-beam, the installation pressure plate is combined with the I-beam. After the installation pad is flattened, M16*70 high-strength bolts are used to tighten it. Other fixed installation methods meet the same standards.
2. Install the main unit. The fan main unit has a large weight, so please pay special attention during installation. Use a level to measure the vertical installation of the extension rod to 90 degrees. If the beam itself has a slope, the verticality can be adjusted through the half-moon bolt holes of the base plate and rack lifting lugs. During installation, the upper and lower planes of the main unit should be level, ensuring that the fan body sag naturally. Use a level to measure, and then tighten all fasteners (4 sets of M16 × 140 high-strength bolt sets), as shown in Figure 13. If the thickness is not suitable, other auxiliary backing plates need to be added to ensure that all parts are tightly pressed. The bending part of the pressure plate here needs to be pressed tightly against the backing plate to avoid loosening.
3. Install safety ropes and 6mm steel wire ropes to go around the factory building beams, connect the fan main unit to the beams, and then lock them with steel wire ropes to strengthen safety protection.
4. To install the wire rope, first determine the fixed positions around the four wire zippers, move the lifting equipment to drill holes and position them, and then start to fix the wire ropes. The method is shown in Figure 15. When tightening the steel wire, pay attention to the four extension rods M16 Adjust the fan hub to a horizontal position.
5. When connecting the host and installing cables, do not scratch the surface of the cable. Do not cut the copper wire when stripping the wire. First connect the black thin wire of the ground wire, and the colors are well connected, and then wrap it tightly with insulation tape. Ensure the safe operation of the product.
6. Two people are required to install the fan blades.In conjunction with the fan blades, M10×60 high-strength reamed hole bolts are used to fix the fan blades, and the fan blades are installed diagonally to ensure uniform stress. Do not scratch the surface of the fan blade to ensure fastening. After the fan blade is installed, pass the two steel wire ropes running through the fan blade through the corresponding hinge bolt holes from bottom to top, merge the two rope heads at the upper part of the leaf handle, lock and fix with the corresponding wire rope clamp, and then use the steel wire rope to fix the fan blade. Just cut off the excess wire rope.
7. When installing the fan blade mounting ring and the fan blade connecting plate, when the two connecting plates are butted together, ensure that the letter holes are at the bottom and the round holes are at the top. Use M8×70 high-strength bolts to install them in order, and then In a circular shape, all the leaves are connected to each other.
