The maximum temperature shall not exceed the limit temperature of 105°C.
Regulations on stator temperature and temperature rise of 2600 kW motor: 1. The bearing outlet oil temperature does not exceed 65°C, and the bearing bush temperature does not exceed 80°C. 2. The air temperature at the inlet of the generator shall not be lower than 20℃, the maximum shall not exceed 55℃, and the temperature difference between the two sides shall not be greater than 3℃. 3. When the generator inlet air temperature is between +40℃ and +45℃, for every 1℃ increase, the allowable value of the stator current will be reduced by 1.5% compared with the rated value, etc.
It has a certain impact, but I don’t think it’s big. Reactive power also has an impact on vibration. In the past, we have encountered large vibration of the unit, especially the bearing vibration of the generator. Generally, we have tried to reduce the air temperature by raising the air temperature to a higher rated value. The inlet temperature difference of the air temperature also affects the vibration of the unit.
