1. The combustible mixture is too rich. The reasons why the combustible mixture is too rich are generally that the oil level of the carburetor is too high, the main air volume hole of the carburetor is clogged, and the air filter element is seriously clogged. In addition, the choke valve of the carburetor is stuck and cannot be fully opened, or the enrichment valve is not working properly, which are also the reasons for the combustible mixture to be too rich.
2. Engine oil leakage. During the operation of the engine, if blue smoke or black smoke is emitted from the exhaust pipe, it indicates that excessive engine oil has entered the cylinder, which will cause the spark plug electrode to produce a large amount of carbon deposits, or be moistened by the engine oil and unable to spark off. This phenomenon is commonly known as engine channeling. Engine oil. For two-stroke engines, check whether the oil pump oil volume is too large and whether the rod sleeve seal and check valve have failed; for four-stroke engines, check the piston rings on the piston, especially the oil ring. Whether it is worn or not. Then remove the intake valve and check whether there are carbon deposits and wet grease on its head and back. If the valve and valve guide are severely worn, the valve guide oil will lose its sealing effect. These two abnormal situations will eventually cause the oil in the valve rocker arm chamber to be sucked into the cylinder along the valve stem during the intake air summation, causing oil burning. In this regard, the valve guide, oil seal or valve should be replaced respectively depending on their wear and tear.
3. In the ignition system, the magneto is demagnetized, the wire connections inside the ignition coil and electronic ignition, the generator output end and the ignition coil input end are loose, and incorrect ignition advance performance If it is not good, it will directly cause carbon deposition on the spark plug electrode.
4. Pay attention to whether the spark plug model and calorific value comply with the instructions for use. If the calorific value selected is one or two gears lower than that specified in the instruction manual, the temperature of the spark plug will rise so high that the spark plug electrode will melt and cause premature damage. When the spark plug itself is installed and used, there are some faults that are not easily found and also affect the ignition performance. For example, poor spark plug seal, the spark plug is not firmly fixed, the spark plug insulator is broken, etc., it should be adjusted or replaced in time. 5.
