will cause wear of the needle contact surfaces. the valve and the valve body, thereby causing leakage before fuel injection and oil dripping after fuel cut-off, resulting in poor atomization, incomplete combustion, dramatic increase in soot and serious carbon deposits. Therefore, regular maintenance and maintenance should be carried out on the injectors.
1. Remove the generator set fuel injectors from the cylinder head, perform simple external cleaning, then disassemble, inspect and assemble them one by one to avoid the same parts of different fuel injectors being mixeds to each other during assembly mixing. The specific steps are as follows: first tighten the fuel injector nozzle hole down on the vice
, remove the pressure regulating screw cap, the pressure regulating screw pressure regulation and carry out spring cleaning. Then turn the fuel injector over and fix it on the vice, loosen the coupler fixing screw sleeve, remove the fuel injector torque, carry out necessary cleaning and then carry out the following inspections.
2. The inspection is divided into visual inspection and sliding test
Visually check that the contact surface of the needle valve and the valve body should not be burned or corroded; the needle valve should not be deformed or other injuries. When sliding test, the valve body should be tilted about 60 degrees and the needle valve should be extended about 1/3 of the stroke, pI was released. The needle valve should be able to slide smoothly under its own weight; the needle valve position and repeat the above operation. If the needle valve does not slide easily into any position, the needle valve assembly should be replaced.
3. Assembly
Clean the body and its oil passages, then assemble the pressure regulating spring and pressure regulating screw. Note that the pressure regulating screw cannot be overtightened, to facilitate evacuation and general cleaning during subsequent performance checks. Place the spare or replaced needle valve assembly in a plastic basin filled with clean diesel fuel and oil the needle valve back and forth for a thorough cleaning. Fix the pressure regulating part of the injector (must be at the bottom) on the vice, buckle the needle valve coupling on the joint surface according tos positioning requirements, then tighten the coupling fixing sleeve, and then carry out the following performance inspection.
