(1) Project name: designates the name of the geological work project carried out in the mining area or exploration area.
(2) Project number: 20 digits KKK HH ZZZZZZZZZ LL XXXX, represented by 0 to 9 characters.
KKK represents the 3-digit extension code, fill in the character "000".
HH represents the 2-digit geological industry code.
ZZZZZZZZZZ represents the 9-digit organizational code. Fill in the organizational code of the geological drilling data storage unit.
LL represents category code de 2-digit geological works, which must be completed according to the geological works category code.
XXXX represents the 4-digit project serial number code and the encoding rule is "0001 - 9999".

(4) Project End Date: Refers to the end date of the project. The format is YYYY - MM - DD, which can be checked in the self-assessment.
(5) Project supervision unit: designates the full name of the unit that issued the project, up to 30 Chinese characters.
(6) Geographic location of the project: means the straight line distance between the mining area and towns, main transportation lines, stations and wharves, as well as the names of transportation points and associated transport lines, described in Chinese characters.
(7) Administrative district name: refers to the name of the administrative district where the mining area is located. The Chinese character name can be populated according to the location and transportation of the mining area in the report. .
(8) Responsible Unit: Refers to the full name of the unit carrying out the project's research work.
(9) Responsible unit: designates the name of the person in charge of the responsible unit.
(10) Chief Engineer: means the name of the chief engineer of the responsible unit.
(11) Project manager: Refers to the name of the person in charge of the project.
(12) Technical Manager: Refers to the name of the technical person in charge of the project.
(13) Postal address: designates the postal address of the unit carrying the project.
(14) Postal code: designates the postal code of the area where the unit carrying the project is located.
(15) Contact person: designates the name of the contact person of the probject or storage unit for current drilling data.
(16) Contact Number: means the contact number of the current project or drilling data storage unit.
(17) Email: refers to the email of the current project or drilling data storage unit. Now for the unit, fill in the name in Chinese characters.
(18) Category of works: refers to the category of geological works to which the project belongs. Fill in the name in Chinese characters: including regional geological survey, regional mineral survey, regional hydraulic environmental survey, urban geological survey, marine geological survey and mineral exploration, hydrogeological survey, geological environmental hazard survey, geological survey of coalfields, geological survey of oil and gas, geological scientific research and others.

(21) Mineral deposit type: refers to the genetic type of the main mineral species in the mineral area based on mineralization. Fill in the name in Chinese characters as shown under GB/T 9649KCBA.
(22) Major Minerals: Refers to the major minerals observed in the borehole. Fill in the 4 main mineral names according to the names of cChinese characters listed under GB/T 9649 KCC.
(23) Associated Minerals: Refers to a type of mineral as the primary mineral, along with other useful mineral components. For example, copper deposits are dominated by copper, accompanied by gold, silver, etc. Associated minerals complement the recyclable minerals. According to the Chinese character names listed under GB/T 9649 KCC, indicate up to 4 mineral names, separated by half-width "," symbols.
(24) Total number of boreholes: refers to the total number of boreholes drilled as part of this project.
(25) Number of boreholes for database construction: refers to the number of boreholes selected to collect data for database construction.
(26) Data sources for database construction: refers to data sources collected for database construction, such as results reports,borehole histograms, original data, etc.
(27) Original data medium: designates the type of medium on which the original data is stored, enter “electronic medium” or “paper medium”.
(28) Unit where the data is located: Fill in the name in Chinese characters of the unit that stores the drilling data.
(29) Name of the results report: Fill in the full Chinese character name of the geological results report.
