The first step is to add water to the water tank. First close the water discharge valve, add clean drinking water or purified water to the mouth of the water tank, and close the water tank cover.
The second step is to add engine oil. There are two types of engine oil: summer and winter. Different engine oils should be used depending on the season. When adding engine oil, pay attention to the vernier scale until the oil is added to the position where the vernier scale is filled. the oil cap. Don't add too much. Too much engine oil will cause oil discharge and oil burning.
The third step is to distinguish the oil inlet and return of the machine. To ensure that the machine's oil inlet is clean, the diesel is generally allowed to settle for 72 hours. The oil inlet position should not be inserted into thebottom of the oil cylinder to avoid sucking dirty oil and clogging the oil pipe.
The fourth step is to pump diesel. First loosen the oil pump nut and hold the oil pump handle. Pull and press evenly until oil enters the oil pump.
The fifth step is to release the air. If you want to loosen the high pressure oil pump bleed screw, then press the manual oil pump, you will see oil and bubbles overflow from the screw hole until you see all the oil flow. Tighten the screws.
The sixth step is to connect the starter. Distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor and the battery. This one is the positive pole and the one at the end is the negative pole. The two batteries must be connected in series to achieve 24V effect. Connect the positive terminal of the motor first. When connecting the positive terminal,be careful not to let the terminal come into contact with other sections of wiring. Then connect the negative pole of the motor and make sure to connect it firmly to avoid sparking and burning the wiring section.
Step 7, air switch. Before the machine starts or the machine enters the power state, the switch must be in the separate state. There are four terminals on the bottom end of the switch. These three wires are under three-phase voltage. the power wires. The independent wires next to them are the neutral wire and the zero wire. The power source that has wires in contact with either light is 220V lighting electricity, never use one that exceeds one third of the generator's rated power. .
