How to make pancakes with ground chicken:
1. Prepare the ingredients: 150 grams of flour, 75 grams of salt and water.
2. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt and mix well, then add water and knead until you get a slightly soft dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rise.
3. Knead the rested dough, cut it into dough of the same size and roll each piece of dough into a ball.
4. Soak the small dough in a bowl of water for ten minutes. The pancakes will be softer.
5. Take out the small dough and flatten it, pull it into an oval-shaped cake with your hands and stick it to the edge of the pot, so that half of the cake sticks to the edge of the pot and half floats on the soup .
6. Place the pancakes around the pot stickers, cover the pot and continue cooking for 15 minutes until the pancakes are cooked through.
