The reasons why a car smokes when adding oil are:
1. The smoke is black smoke, caused by poor combustion in the engine when the mixture is too rich.
2. It is the white smoke, lack of water in the water tank and high temperature that cause the cylindrical mattress to be poorly sealed, causing leakage of water inside the engine, or the gasoline added, contains a large amount of water. Methods to deal with smoke in the car: 1. Check the engine block and cylinder gasket for damage, and check whether there is water in the fuel tank. 2. Consult the car manual and add gasoline with the correct label in strict accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
3. Always check the degree of aging of the carburetor and other parts. Carburetor cars are different from EFI cars andrequire frequent maintenance and adjustments. Check the cylinder line every 30,000 miles and check the spark plug every 10,000 miles. If a problem is found, replace it in time.
There is a smell of smoke and rubber in the cabin. There are two possibilities for this situation:
1. It is possible that a certain wiring harness or generator in the cabin is overheating and smoking. You can try to see if any of the vehicle's electrical devices are malfunctioning. If so, check for damage to the electrical appliance itself and its associated wiring.
2. If you can only use the first gear to climb the slope normally, it means that the slope should not be small at that time, and the load on the engine and gearbox should be very large. In this case, if you continue to use "Half Clutch" or the clutch slips, which can easilycause the clutch disc to burn or smoke.
It is recommended to check as soon as possible. If the clutch is burned, you can still smell the paste near the flywheel even if it's the next day.
