"Analysis of Common Faults of Air Compressors
The environmental ventilation is poor. There are three main circumstances that affect the environment around the air compressor: First, it is close to the wall obstacle; the second is that there are other heat sources near the air compressor. (2) The heat sink is blocked. When the environment of the air compressor is more dust, long-term operation causes the radiator's outer table to stick a layer of dust or soil, and its internal copper tube is easily blocked due to oil scale, thereby affecting the heat dissipation effect.
(3) The oil filter is too dirty. The machine has 3 parallel oil filters. When it is too dirty, the compressor will rapidly heat up due to insufficient cooling oil due to the normal flow rate. The filter element needs to be replaced when the oil pressure difference exceeds 0.18 MPa.
(4) The cooling oil surface is too low. When the cold machine is checked, the oil surface should be supplemented immediately when the surface of the viewing tube is checked.
(5) Oil standard number or oil quality. The machine uses a manufacturer's dedicated compressor oil, which will return viscosity and more temperature than the standard with other low-references or inferior oils. The temperature is too high.
(6) Fan tape breaks or slack. When the tape is fractured, the air pressure is automatically stopped due to too high temperature, such as tape too loose slight, so that the fan speed is lowered, thereby affecting heat dissipation, at this time, the tightness of the fan should be replaced or adjusted.
(7) Fault valve failure. There is a fueling valve between the oil filter and the compressor. When the oil valve cannot be opened, the temperature is rapidly increased after the compressor starts due to oil-free lubrication and cooling, and the temperature is rapidly downtown. Remove the temperature plug of the compressor host exhaust end, it will find the dry oil oil, and there will be a caney smoke from the hole. Open the air compressor bottom repair hole, remove the oil valve, lightly turn the valve rod with your finger, see if you can push and easily reset it. If you have difficulty in dial or backing, you need to further off-gas valve. If the valve stem or the valve hole is fine, it is necessary to use fine sandpaper to slide easily; if the spring disassemble or a foreign body card will affect the valve stem movement, the spring or cleaning spring and spring seat are required.
(8) The oil and gas separator filter is too dirty. When it is too dirty, oil affects the cycle due to excessive resistance, causing overheating shutdown. This is determined from the differential pressure before and after loading, and when the differential pressure difference between the two ends is 3 times or the maximum pressure difference of 0.1 MPa, it should be cleaned or replaced.
(9) The temperature controller is in the open position. The temperature controller is in an open position when the cold machine is opened, and the temperature is gradually closed. When it fails, it may always be in the open position, and the cooling oil will flow back from the air compressor directly through the radiator, so the temperature will rise slowly. Its maintenance method is similar to the fueling valve.
(10) Excessive exhaust pressure is too high. When the exhaust pressure exceeds the rated 12MPa, the long run will be warmed by the compressor and diesel load. At this point, you should check and adjust the pressure valve, then check the diesel engine throttle control system and exclude this fault. "
