(3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, document personnel, etc.
(4) There should be no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
(5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects in this category.
