If you are not a repairman, it is not recommended to disassemble it yourself. It is easy to disassemble, and poor installation will lead to larger gaps.
1. Fully open the engine hood assembly.
2. Remove the fixing clip (A) on the upper side of the front bumper decorative panel.
3. Remove the front bumper decorative panel fixing screws (A) and clips (B) from the underside of the front bumper decorative panel.
4. Disconnect the front fog light harness connector (left/right).
5. Pull out the headlight washer nozzle pipe connector. See Hydraulic Arrangement
6. Remove the fender guard fixing clip to access the front bumper trim fixing screw (A), and then remove the front bumper trim fixing screw (left/right ).
7. Pull the bumper trim panel toward the car side to separate the bumper trim panel from the bumper side brackets (left/right).
8. Separate the front bumper trim panel from the bumper bracket (A) (left/right).
9. Remove the bumper decorative panel assembly.
■ Note ■When removing the bumper trim, two operators are required to avoid falling.
10. After removing the bumper decorative panel, remove the following parts.
License plate bracket
Front bumper side bracket (left/right)
Front bumper fixing bracket
Front bumper molding (left/right)
Bumper trim A
Bumper time B
Headlight washer nozzle (left/right). See Removal and Installation.
For front fog lamp (left/right), please refer to Removal and Installation.
Front fog lamp trim (left/right) 11. Remove the bumper energy-absorbing device.
12. Use a power tool to remove the bumper reinforcement nut, and then remove the bumper reinforcement. 13. Remove the bumper stay (left/right) mounting bolts, and then remove the bumper stay (left/right).
