The electrical energy produced by the wind farm is sent to the Wulong Baima Liming 110KV substation of the Chongqing power grid via a 110KV single-circuit transmission line. The annual usage hours are 1,871 hours and the annual grid-connected power is 87.47 million kilowatt hours. .
Construction of the project began in November 2008. On May 28, 2009, the first unit was connected to the grid for electricity production. In October 2010, all units were commissioned.
