(1) The backup battery must be magnetized before generating electricity.
(2) A direct current greater than the rated current (for a short time) is transmitted into the winding for magnetization. The specific current is determined by the test.
(3) Replace damaged components and repair faulty lines.
(4) Remove sharp dirt on the contact surface, adjust the brush pressure and tighten the brush holder.
(5) Correct the wiring and press the correct polarity for magnetization.
(6) Remove the sharp scales on the contact surface, grind the brush, and adjust the brush pressure so that the brush and the slip ring are in close contact.
(7) Check and repair the broken circuit.
(8) Connect the connector or repair the contact part of the switch.
(9) After identifying the cause of the fuse and concluding that the generator itself and the circuit are normal, replace the specified fuse.
