2. Start making
1. Glue the small motor and power supply together with super glue ( The charging port and current output port cannot be blocked).
2. Use scissors to cut the power cord used for charging the mobile phone, mainly using the USB port. And peel off the black and red wires inside the wire. The white and green wires do not need to be cut short.
3. Connect the red wire and black wire on the USB interface to the two wires of the motor respectively (the wires are not divided into positive and negative poles, but be sure to remember the red wire and black wire on the USB interface because The white and green wires are out of power) and wrapped separately with tape.
4. Use tape to wrap the joints of the two wires together to reinforce them.
5. Connect the USB port to the power supply and check whether the small motor is running. If it does not turn on, there are three possibilities:
(1) The power supply is out of power.
(2) The wire is not connected properly or wrongly.
(3)The motor is broken.
6. Let’s start making the fan blades. First, use scissors to cut a long strip from the iron sheet to an appropriate size.
7. Cut off 4 corners to make fan blades. Don’t cut too much.
8. Find a small nail and drive the nail into the middle of the fan blade.
9. Use pliers to cut off a section of the nail, leaving only 3mm long.
10. Find a lollipop and use pliers to cut off about 1CM of the lollipop stick.
11. Add a drop of super glue to the nail on the fan blade, and then insert the lollipop stick into the nail. Wait for the glue to dry. At this time, the fan blade part is basically completed.
12. Assemble the fan blade part and the motor part together. (There is no need for glue in this step, so it can be conveniently placed in a bag or pocket)
13. According to the direction of the fan's operation, use your fingers to twist the fan blades to make the fan blades spiral. The mini electric fan is now complete.
