2. Except for photovoltaic poverty alleviation and residential photovoltaics, other photovoltaic power generation projects that require state subsidies:
In principle, they must adopt competitive allocation methods such as bidding, and apply through the project owner's application, The competitive ranking method determines the national subsidy projects and subsidy standards. The market competition allocation and subsidy bidding for non-resident distributed photovoltaic projects are implemented under the leadership of the provincial energy authorities. The energy authorities of various cities organize project applications. For specific application conditions and procedures, please refer to the "Guangdong Provincial Energy Administration forwarded the National Energy Administration's Notice on 2019" Notice on Matters Related to the Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects" (Guangdong New Energy Letter [2019] No. 358) and other relevant documents, or consult the energy authorities.
For projects that meet the application conditions, we will actively assist you in applying for subsidies in accordance with government regulations. First, it will be submitted to the Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission, and National Energy Administration after review and approval by the provincial finance, price, and energy authorities. The Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the National Energy Administration organize the review of submitted projects, and include qualified projects in the subsidy catalog for announcement.
