On the right side of the Yangcheng Bay spawn point on the second map, there are two wind turbines. We need to climb the one on the right. After climbing up, I found a whirlwind statue. Use your tongue to hook it down or knock it down directly. Take the cyclone statue to find this skate spot, there is a path to go up next to it. Entering the circle with the Whirlwind Statue unlocks an achievement. After going out and coming back in again, you can unlock the Cyclone Sheep. The ability of the Cyclone Sheep is to generate strong air currents around itself, blowing up things around it.
