Fuel supply is not smooth, clean the fuel filter element.
After the range extender generator starts, the accelerator rushes one after another. This is mainly due to poor oil supply. The throttle cannot supply oil continuously, so the generator will get stuck when starting. live. It can be used normally by cleaning the fuel filter element, adjusting the spark plug gap and engine idle speed.
When using a range extender generator, be sure to pay close attention to cooler and oil temperatures.
Fault phenomenon
① Pulling the starter rope is normal, but the gasoline engine cannot start and there is no reaction.
② Black smoke comes from the exhaust, but the gasoline engine cannot catch fire.
③The carburetor continues to leak.
④ If it cannot start, please unscrew the spark plug. The electrode is wet and there is a strong smell of gasoline.
⑤ When the starting device is pulled by hand or started by an electric motor, the gasoline engine can easily run at any time. There is still very little resistance until the compression ends.
⑥ The gasoline engine has no back pressure and is difficult to ignite and start, but there are sparks in the exhaust pipe.
⑦ When the gasoline engine starts, there is a reversal when the carburetor turns against it.
(2) Cause of failure
① The ignition switch is short-circuited to ground (electric starter).
② The spark plug is damaged; the spark plug electrode gap does not meet standard requirements; the spark plug is dirty, damp and has poor insulation.
③ The fit high voltage drops or is poorly insulated, causing a leak; the igniter fails or is damaged by a fault.

④ There is no fuel in the fuel tank; the oil switch is not on; The fuel tank cap vent hole is blocked.
⑤ The fuel filter is clogged; fuel flow in the oil pipe is blocked; the triangular oil needle is stuck and cannot move; there is water in the carburetor float chamber (including the main oil passage; nozzle, main metering hole, idle speed The metering hole, etc.) may be blocked; the triangular needle is not closed properly; the float is damaged or the oil level is set too high and the fuel injection is seriously worn; the cross section is increased.
⑥ The spark plug gap is too small, the spark plug gapumage is too small and the spark plug is damaged.
⑦ The ignition time is too early or too late.
⑧ The head gasket is damaged.
⑨ The cylinder and piston rings are badly worn; piston rings (air rings, oil rings) lose elasticity or piston rings are damaged; the piston is badly worn or the piston is damaged.
(3) Troubleshooting method
① If the electric starter can be started by hand, it indicates that the ignition switch is shorted to ground or defective.
② Check the spark of the spark plug, remove the spark plug, insert the spark plug into the spark plug cap, make the metal shell of the spark plug comes into contact with the metal parts of the body, pull the start button. rope several times, observe the beating of the spark plug electrode, the spark plugsnormal blue and white ones, no sparkle or red sparkle is fake. If the spark plug does not blow, you can check the igniter and high voltage wire for damage. Remove the high voltage cover and insert a short piece of metal wire into the high voltage line between the metal wire and the metal parts of the gasoline engine. Keep a gap of about 0.7mm between them. If there is no ignition, the igniter is defective.
③ Check the spark plug porcelain for cracks and the center electrode for corrosion or damage. If so, replace the spark plug; If the spark plug is too dirty, clean it with gasoline, adjust the electrode gap to the specified value, and then dry it for later use. Check if the connection between the high voltage wire and the spark plug connector is strong and replace it with a new one if necessary.
④ Check if there is gasoline ins the fuel tank, then carefully check whether the fuel switch is open, then clear the exhaust hole of the fuel tank to allow the fuel tank to communicate with the atmosphere to create a pressure difference.
⑤ Remove the connecting pipe between the carburetor and the fuel tank, and the fuel should flow out. If no fuel comes out, remove the fuel filter and clean it; If there is no oil in the oil pipe, check the carburetor oil supply and use a screwdriver to loosen the carburetor oil drain screw. If the oil level is too low, the triangular oil needle may become stuck. Remove the carburetor and see if it can move and if there is water or dirt in the float chamber. If the carburetor oil level is too high, the triangular oil needle may not be closed properly, the float may be brokenor the oil level is set too high.
