Diesel and engine oil, and the main sources of unburned hydrocarbons are diesel and engine oil. Therefore, diesel and engine oil are extracted, and the main sources of unburned hydrocarbons are diesel and engine oil. Therefore, the main reason why a diesel engine emits blue smoke is the incomplete combustion of diesel and engine oil.
The main reasons for blue smoke from diesel engines are:
(1) The piston ring is broken, the piston ring counterpart or the ring opening clearance piston ring and side clearance are too large, and the engine oil passes through the piston ring fracture, enters the combustion chamber A at the opposite end, the opening space and the side space.
(2) The cylinder liner is badly worn and oil is flowing down the cylinder wall into the combustion chamber.
(3) The valve oil shield felle broken down (aging, damaged) and oil enters the combustion chamber along the gap between the valve stem and the valve guide.
(4) The diesel is of poor quality and mixed with organic oil.
(5) The oil outlet valve or piston of the fuel injection pump is worn, the circulating supply of diesel fuel is too large, and the diesel fuel is not completely burned.
(6) Due to impure diesel, carbon deposits in the combustion chamber block the injection holes and the needle parts are blocked, the injection pressure of the injector fuel is too low and the diesel injected into the cylinder appears as droplets or oil lines. The atomization is too poor, the mixing with air is not good and the combustion is incomplete.
(7) The advance angle of the diesel engine fuel supply is set too small, or the boltlock of the fuel injection pump advance flange is loose, and the key part of the injection pump connection flange is twisted and deformed, making the feed advance angle too little fuel. The combustion delay period is too long, the cylinder pressure and combustion temperature are both low, resulting in incomplete tenderization of diesel fuel.
(8}The load of the diesel engine at the beginning of operation (starting) is low and the temperature of the combustion chamber is low, so the diesel cannot be completely tender.

Treatment of diesel engine blue smoke failure:
p>
(1) Reduce or prevent engine oil from entering the combustion chamber and burning < /p>
①The valve oil retainer must be kept intact at all times and must not be damaged or aged
② The cor clearancebetween the valve stem and the valve guide must comply with regulations. ③ The opening clearance, side clearance and opening position of the piston ring must meet the technical requirements for the assembly of the diesel engine. The piston ring is broken and the cylinder is damaged in time after wear. p>④ Use high-quality brand diesel to reduce impurities in diesel
Black smoke, white smoke and blue smoke emitted by diesel engine are:
1. Diesel engine exhaust is also called carbon smoke. Exhaust black smoke is mainly caused by too rich fuel mixture, poor combustible mixture formation or imperfect combustion;
2, Diesel engine exhaust emits white smoke from the exhaust. the gas contains diesel vapor or water vapor. Engine exhaust gasesiesel should normally be colorless or light gray.
3. Diesel engine exhaust emits blue smoke, which is usually caused by diesel; the engine gradually begins to burn oil after being used for a long time. As the blue smoke gets worse and more oil is burned, the diesel engine should be considered for maintenance.
